As seen in

Your psychedelic experiences, whether with ayahuasca, psilocybin, MDMA, ketamine, 5meo-dmt, LSD, or other medicines, hold deep, transformative insights that can guide you toward living a more authentic, joyful, and radiant life.

But how do you turn those powerful realizations into lasting change?

There is a sacred window after a journey/ This is a time when your inner world is more open, your patterns more fluid, and your heart more receptive. It’s a potent moment to plant new seeds, create new pathways, and reshape how you live, love, and show up.

As an integration specialist, my focus is helping you bridge the gap between the profound insights you receive during your journey and your everyday reality.

Together, we’ll explore the spiritual messages, visions, and ‘downloads’ you’ve received, and work to turn them into actionable steps that align with your values and passions.

Returning from a plant medicine ceremony or psychedelic experience can be both profound and challenging. The insights you gained might feel vivid and transformative in the moment, but as the experience fades, you may find yourself struggling to integrate those revelations into your daily life. It’s not uncommon to feel disoriented, alone, or distant from the profound sense of clarity you once felt.

You’re not alone in this.

As an integration specialist, I’m here to support you through this critical phase of your journey. Together, we’ll explore the insights and messages you received, helping you to make sense of them and weave them into the fabric of your life.

I’ve developed the C.R.E.A.T.E. model, an arts-based integration framework, to guide this process with creativity, clarity, and compassion.

Here’s how we can work together:

  • Reflect: We’ll use creative tools, like art, writing, and reflective inquirym to revisit your ceremony and uncover the deeper meaning behind what you experienced.

  • Anchor: In our guided sessions, we’ll transform insights into clear, aligned actions that reflect your core values and support your personal growth.

  • Empower Yourself: Reclaim your voice. Integration is a chance to strengthen your self-trust and speak from your truth. I’ll support you in setting empowered boundaries, making clear choices, and expressing yourself with confidence.

  • Sustain Change: You’ll be guided in breaking old patterns that no longer serve you and in building new, supportive habits rooted in the wisdom of your journey so you can live with greater clarity, authenticity, and joy.

Your journey can become a sacred opening.

Let’s work together to make sure the insights you gained continue to inspire and guide you.

Healing, Balance, and Living in Harmony

Plant medicine and other psychedelic experiences can reveal insights into your emotional and spiritual blockages, ancestral patterns, and unhealthy habits, and the process of integration is about making conscious efforts to live according to the clarity and wisdom you received.‍ ‍

Integration after a ceremony or psychedelic journey is an essential aspect of the healing process, as it allows the profound insights and healing received to manifest in day-to-day life.

The visions, teachings, and cleansing experienced during a ceremony are meant to support you in living more harmoniously - with yourself, others, and the natural world.

Patience, discipline, and lifestyle changes after ceremonies ensure that the healing becomes tangible and long-lasting.

With over twenty years of experience in therapeutic practice, I bring an integrative approach to psychedelic integration - blending art therapy, IFS, somatic tools, and spiritual guidance.

Together, we’ll translate the wisdom of your journey into grounded, creative, and meaningful change so your daily life reflects the beauty, clarity, and alignment you experienced in ceremony.

Creative Psychonautt (n.)

A brave-hearted soul who dives into the depths of their own consciousness.

They paint their integration. They journal their grief. They dance their healing. They collage their joy.

They believe that psychedelic experiences aren’t just peak moments to remember. They are also invitations to remake their lives with more color, courage, connection, and compassion.

A creative psychonaut knows that vulnerability is the portal, art is the integration, and the real medicine begins when the ceremony ends.

Hi! I’m Ali McKleroy.

Your journey cracked you open for a reason. Now it's time to root those visions in real life. Let that light ripple into your choices, your relationships, and your next brave step.

With nearly twenty years of experience as a therapist and a few decades walking the wild, sacred path of the psychonaut myself, I help people turn the insights, visions, and wake-up calls from plant medicine into real, lasting change.

I blend the science and soul of therapeutic art, IFS, neuroscience, and somatic healing to guide you through the messy, magical, brave work of integration.

If a psychedelic journey has shifted something inside, you’re in the right place.

As the cacao relaxes your nervous system and elevates your mood, you'll find yourself more in tune with your intuition, free from creative blocks, and inspired to express ideas in new ways.

The psychedelic journey may initiate deep healing, but integration is where that healing becomes embodied. It invites us to pause, reflect, and listen—guiding the journey inward and downward, grounding new awareness into our nervous systems and life structures.

There’s a sacred window of time after a journey—a powerful, fertile opening when the mind and heart are more receptive, old patterns are more pliable, and the potential for real transformation is amplified. This is when the work matters most.

Integration helps with:

  • Making meaning of what surfaced

  • Processing emotions that continue to ripple through after the experience

  • Creating new habits that support growth and alignment

  • Living in congruence with values and insights that emerged

Through integration, we begin to embody what we’ve learned—turning spiritual or emotional breakthroughs into sustainable ways of being.

When you are in the flow of creativity, you are in harmony with life itself—fully present, open, and connected to something greater than yourself.

What Are Some Reasons People Seek Arts-Based Psychedelic Integration?

  • They are curious about the benefits of psychedelics and art and want to learn more about their use as therapeutic tools.

  • They are wanting to explore art-making as a way to restore balance and deeper healing.

  • They are experiencing confusion and overwhelm following a psychedelic experience and want help in making sense of it.

  • They want support in understanding and moving past a challenging, distressing, or traumatic psychedelic experience.

  • They want help, structure, and accountability to take on minor or major life changes after gaining new insight during or after a psychedelic experience.

  • They enjoy hands-on, creative ways of exploring ideas, thoughts, memories, and visions.

  • They value creativity and self-expression and want to release unprocessed emotions in a way that’s easier to access without words or linear thinking.

What is Psychedelic Integration Therapy?

  • Psychedelic integration is for anyone who has experienced or is preparing for a psychedelic journey—whether through plant medicine, ceremony, or solo exploration—and wants to make meaning of their insights and apply them in grounded, life-affirming ways.

  • Integration is the process of weaving the insights, emotions, and revelations from a psychedelic experience into your everyday life. It includes reflection, support, creative practices, and intentional action to help you embody what you've learned.

  • Psychedelic integration coaching is legal. It does not involve the use or provision of substances. Instead, it supports personal growth and well-being through conversation, mindfulness, and creative tools before and after a journey.

  • Psychedelic-assisted therapy typically involves licensed professionals administering or sitting with substances during sessions. Integration coaching, by contrast, focuses on preparation and post-journey support. It does not involve administering psychedelics and is not a substitute for therapy.

  • Integration is a deeply personal and nonlinear process. Some people find clarity in a few sessions, while others work with integration over weeks or months. The pace depends on your goals, the depth of your journey, and the support you need to embody change.
