After the Ceremony

A 6-Week Arts-Based Integration Circle

Soft Medicine Sanctuary | Sebastopol, CA

Starts: Aug 21st - Oct 2nd

Meets: Thursdays, 6-7:30pm

Group Size: Limited to 10 participants

Fee: $335 (includes art materials)

The ceremony cracked you open. Now comes the becoming.

Plant medicine offers pathways to truth, healing, and wholeness. And yet, the deep transformation happens after the ceremony—in the choices you make, the habits you shift, and the way you show up in your life.

This is where integration begins.

This group is for you if...

🌿 You’ve sat in ceremony and received powerful visions, messages, or awakenings that you don’t want to lose in the noise of daily life.

🌿 You’re feeling cracked open—tender, expanded, inspired, confused, or all of the above—and you long for a grounded container to hold it all.

🌿 You’re carrying sacred insights that are asking to be lived—not just remembered.

🌿 You crave creative expression, emotional integration, and the kind of soul-deep community that understands the path you’re walking.

🌿 You’re ready to honor the medicine and walk forward with integrity, courage, and alignment—living your truth and joy.

Inside the Integration Circle

This circle is a sacred space to deepen the healing that began in ceremony. Over six weeks, you’ll be guided to gently unpack your insights, integrate your experiences, and embody the wisdom you received.

Through creative expression, mindfulness practices, reflective writing, and grounded therapeutic tools, you’ll begin to:

  • Make meaning of your journey and clarify the messages you were given

  • Cultivate emotional regulation and nervous system support

  • Identify what’s ready to change—habits, relationships, beliefs, patterns

  • Discover your truth and take empowered steps to live in alignment with it

  • Feel seen and supported in a soulful community of fellow journeyers

  • Turn insight into action—so your path forward is clear, embodied, and real

This is for you if you don’t want the medicine to fade into memory—you want it to change you and transform your life.
